✅ Clinical Pharmacology (Mechanism of Action)

· Calcium is essential for bone formation, muscle function, and nerve transmission.

· Vitamin D3 increases calcium absorption from the intestine and regulates bone mineralization.

· Vitamin C helps in collagen formation and enhances calcium absorption.

· Vitamin B6 supports metabolism and helps reduce fatigue and weakness.

· Together, they help build and maintain strong bones, prevent deficiencies, and support overall metabolic function.

 

✅ Indications and Dosages

· Indications:

· Prevention and treatment of calcium and vitamin D deficiency

· Bone health in osteoporosis or osteopenia

· During pregnancy, lactation, or menopause

· Muscle cramps or weakness due to low calcium

· Healing of bone fractures

· Supporting general immune function

· Dosage:

· Adults: 1 tablet daily dissolved in a full glass of water, after a meal
